They say that it leaves your hair super silky and shiny. But at the same time others have reported it ';frying'; their hair. I am looking into this also but have been told the best way to find answers is go to the closest salon to you that does this. (and make sure they are professional! And have been doing this procedure for a long time) Then they can examine your hair and give you an overview of the process. Most places require a consultation before actually doing TR anyways. It is very pricey too!I want to get thermal reconditioning done b4 i start school but i need some advice please!!!?
Just let the hair grow out and stop ironing it.
Try Japanese hair straightening. Heard it works wonders. But you should only do it if your hair is fairly healthy as it will damage it even more. It lasts a long time if not until your hair grows out.
umm my sister straightens her hair and she had trouble with it drying out too. she now has some Redkin product that she sprays on before ironing and it has worked well. also, Ive heard of people putting mayonnaise in their hair and letting it sit for a while, supposedly its a deep conditioning remedy and cheap too. oh the redkin stuff was like $20 to $30, so good luck!
