Oh No........you don't ';want'; to be thin! Maybe slim is the better way to think.
You've just got to eat sensibly and cut down on your ';treats';.
Everyone needs a little treat now and again and if we don't get them or we are told we can't have them whilst on a diet we set ourselves up to fail!
Try the Honey Diet.......it tells you how to eat your food and lets you have a treat once in a while too :)
Most diets fail.........not this one. Good luck and try to think ';slim'; not ';thin';I really want to be thin but it's so hard to get started any advice?
