hi im currently in south africa at the moment was wondering if any one has any advice on how i find out about companies that are willing to sponser me for a work permit? i have apllied to loads of jobs but always have my application rejected.. i dnt know if the fact that i dnt have a degree is going against me??

I do not know.
Apply to one of colleges for certain course of not less than 6 months. Maybe that changes with time, but people receive permits usually if they pay for education.
