i replaced switch and wiper motor. when you push the switch for the wipers you hear a clicking noise as if its trying to work. but nothing. the only things i havent replaced are the washer pump and arms. any advice would be good.I can't get the windsheild wipers to my 1989 cadillac fleetwood brougham to work? need some advice.?
