Any advice to get taller??? Thank You(:?

I'm going to 8th...13 years old. but i am only 4'10. my parents are 5'4 %26amp; 5'3. i really want to be 5'5...and i am doing yoga exercises to gain height and i've been taking this medicine that my grandma gave me. my aunts are all tall, and my grandpa's tall...so i think i still have some chance. cause my cousin is so much taller than his parents. do i still have time and chance to reach a height of 5'5...if you know any exercises to gain height please tell me...also i have lost a lot of weight. but my muscles are really wide, so it makes me look fat plus i am short...so if i gain height everything will be right. please tell me. thanku!Any advice to get taller??? I don't exactly know any exercises, but I will give you tips that have helped me. Don't wear socks to bed because in your sleep that is when you grow. And drink plenty of water. That'll help. Also, look out for your growth spirt, that is going to help you a lot!
Drink milk (vitamin D for bone growth)!





Also, you're a girl, so heels are always an option. :]]
You still have some time to grow. You are doing the right thing, yoga exercises. They will help you grow.
eat healthy and do some stretches.. get some enough sleep and drink some milk! :) and vitamins with CGF would help too!
