How can i get to sleep? any advice? just cant seem to drop off?

Dont drink anything that contains caffeine after 8pm, and when you still cant sleep, have a cup of chamomile tea or warm milk. Get nice and comfy in your bed, play a cd with new age music or nature sounds, and think of something happy. Try not to worry or think about things that you have to do the next day. try having some down time before bed. (I recently started this with my 4 and 3 yr olds cuz they were going to bed wound up and wouldn't go to sleep 'till at least 2 hrs after i layed them down. Now I make them sit down an hour or half hour before bedtime with no toys and they sit and watch a ';boring'; show with me. )

Get lots of exercise during the day, calm down at night and don't eat anything after dinner because that could speed up your metabolism.
