Can i get everyone's advice?

lets say that my father passed a way and didn't leave a will. would i need to get executor of estate to deal with his financial responsibitly that he left behind? or to keep the house and everything in it.Can i get everyone's advice?
First of all, we have NO idea what country you're in. Laws are different in each country, so anything we suggest might be useless. For instance, I'm a woman who lives in Australia. Just over a century ago in Australia, a woman could not inherit property. It might still be that way in your country. I don't know where you are.

As a general rule, the next of kin get the estate. For instance, the spouse, or the children, or the nearest living relative. But laws are different everywhere.

You need to actually consult a solicitor in your area. Nobody here will be qualified to give you good advice. It will cost you, so ask business people in town whom they use as their solicitor and get a good recommendation. Just go into a business and ask about. That way you should get a good deal and get a competent solicitor or lawyer who knows what they are doing and won't rob you blind.

I am very sorry for your loss, if your father has indeed died. Your father should have left a will. It's a timely reminder that I need to get one done.

Best wishesCan i get everyone's advice?
i would keep the house and everything in it because your the next closest thing to him, so u keep everything
