i have quite a muscular chest but its not very wide and its seems quite short aswell interms of height wise and this as a result makes my belly seem really long since my chest is so high up so im looking for an advice on the type of workout or what to do in order to get a wide and long chest so that my belly doesnt seem so longCan some one please advice me on the type of workout 2 do in order to get a a wide and long chest?
well im sorry to say but theirs no way to make your chest longer. if you excercise your pectoral muscles a lot the most your going to get is a more muscular puffed out frame. i suggest maybe to bench press, or various other chest excercises more which works the pectorals or do extensive abdominal workouts which will maybe make it seem somewhat long but more rippedCan some one please advice me on the type of workout 2 do in order to get a a wide and long chest?
to get a wider chest, use the butterfly machine to work your lats. this is the region on the sides of your torso going vertically under your armpit. this will widen this area. if you know any wrestlers, ask them. their workouts create a very wide chest. notice that many of them have torsos that look like upside down triangles.

the term you are looking for to describe your long torso is long-waisted. this means that the distance from your feet to your waist is shorter than from your waist to your shoulders. you can't change this, but you can change the illusion of it. if you wear shirts tucked in, buy a higher rise pant (don't sag). this higher rise will create the illusion of longer legs and a shorter torso. if you wear your shirts untucked, just make sure that the shirt covers the top of the pants. people will assume that your waistline is in the middle of your body. for more info on creating illusions with clothes, check out the source section.

btw, i'm a sociology student doing a survey on sex %26amp; relationships. i would love a guy's perspective. http://geocities.com/sbiv37/
