I have the rest of October to loose 15-20 pounds, how do I do it? I need as much advice as I can get!!?

well am not saying starve yourself but....


do the 2,4,6,8 which is where you eat 200 cals then 400 then 600 then 800 it works well because it keeps you metabalism fast so you burn alot of calories.


or you could go vegan which is really effective


or you could liquid fast which is where you eat no solid food so you drink alot and lots of soup and low cal smoothies.


also you could just eat fruit and 2 slices of bread everyday which again works.


and then exercise alot.but choose the diet that suits u best.I have the rest of October to loose 15-20 pounds, how do I do it? I need as much advice as I can get!!?
It isn't happening. If you set ridiculous goals you are only going to end up disappointing yourself when you can't achieve them. Aim for a weight loss of about 1-2 pounds per week and you will reach your goal in a relatively quick time and you'll also end up much healthier in the long run. The people on yahoo answers need to learn that weight loss is not a quick matter at that being healthy is not a temporary change but a lifestyle choice. You may not be able to reach your weight goal by the end of October but take solace in the fact that you will be there soon and that you'll be feeling great.I have the rest of October to loose 15-20 pounds, how do I do it? As others mentioned, it's unrealistic. You could probably loose it, but you'd absolutely gain it right back over the next couple months. When you try to loose weight fast, all you loose really is water weight. As soon as you start hydrating yourself properly again, all the weight comes back.






well, i assume you are already working out...just keep in mind that you need to stretch plenty before working out, this will increase the flow of oxygen to your muscles and will make the workout more effective....water is important but be aware that it is not how much water you drink but that you drink small amounts all through the day....also, take a daily vitamin if you don't already....you burn the most calories by working out your legs....good luck!
Any crash diets have terrible effects on your body.





Healthy diet and exercise.





As much as everyone'd like to hope that there's some easy solution, the only one that works properly, is eating healthy, low-fat foods and plenty of running/cycling/swimming etc.
The key is exercise. Once you start exercising you will fell better, look better and even want to eat healthier. But setting such a high goal will only disappoint.
Thats an unhealthy target. Aim for a maxium of a stone, and jsut excercise tuns and eat not a lot, but still healthy.
