Whoever gives the best advice will get 10 points....(about a car).?

Ok heres the story:


My Sister was giving me her car. She left the car at my grandpa's house. i couldnt get the car beccasue i didnt have a licence yet...so it sat there for 6 months....well my stepdad who owned the car years back said the car was abandoned and took over the car.





SO whoever can provide the best advice to why the car isnt concidered abandoned will get 10 points. it was being kept in a responsible place...

it was left to you by your sister who is your kin and YOU left it at your grandpa's until you could get your license. it is on your grandpa's property who is also kin unlike your stepdad who isn't blood related. you your grandpa and your sister aknowledge that it's there until you get your license so there is a viable reason the car is there and has stayed there.
abandoned means leaving something desolate without taking care of it... If it was taken care of then I don't consider it abandoned.





P.S. get to typing won't fly well around here with anyone; find a better way to ask questions because 10 points isn't that great to me...I can definitely find that anywhere.
